I. Structural Sharia Statement

Today, Sunday, 6 Jumādā al-Ākhirah 1447 H coincides with January 25, 2026 AD, by mentioning the name of Allah the Most Merciful and the Most Merciful, I present the following shari’i statement.

I hereby declare openly and responsibly, based on Islamic science, history, and law, that the entity called Indonesia is a power system built on structural sharia haram’i. It stands without the sovereignty of the people, carries out the laws of the colonizers, maintains symbols that are contrary to monotheism, and finances itself from the spoils and blood of the people. In the strict rules of fiqh: ما بني على الحرام فهو حرام — what is built on what is haram, then it is haram. The haram referred to here is the haram of the source of power (wilāyah) and the source of wealth (al-māl).

This statement is not hate, not emotion, and not provocation. This is the shari’a’s assessment of the structure. Islam does not legitimize the system because of name, international recognition, or claims of nationalism. Islam only legalizes what stands on akad, justice, and tauhid.
